"... be just another human soul.." C Jung

As I was driving to see a client the other day I must admit, I felt totally empty…

it was one of those days when everything seemed a bit ‘meh’, I felt really tired and I heard bad news after bad news from different people… things that were going on with their lives or health … I just felt empty and helpless … all I wanted to do was to sit somewhere quietly and feel sorry for myself, and of course them too… but I had a session planned and I never want to cancel…

So, there I was, as I suddenly found myself knocking on the beautifully painted door… and you know what?… straight away, I was a different person… I was me, the caring Chilli, the coach and hypnotherapist, the one who does it all wholeheartedly, the one who focuses on the client completely and forgets about other issues, the one who is there in the present moment for them … and with them… and it was a beautiful session… one of those when the client feels so safe to open up to you that you could gently touch their heart … and help heal it little by little …

And then, as i was reflecting later, this quote came to my mind by Carl Jung:

“Know all the theories, master all the techniques, but as you touch a human soul be just another human soul..”
