Weight Management Group
A series of weekly sessions in a small group setting when we look at patterns, our thinking and behaviour with regards to food and eating habits. In a positive, non-judgmental and inspiring atmosphere you will discover more about yourself and the mindset that blocks you from reaching your ideal weight than about calories. I use NLP, mindfulness, coaching and hypnotherapy and we will discuss themes and topics such as: why diets don't work, emotional hunger, loving yourself, resistance and exercise just to name a few.
At the end of the programme you have the chance to book a One-to-One Virtual Gastric Band hypnotherapy session too.
